The Palms

The Palms is a casino hotel and residential tower located in Southwest Las Vegas. The main tower has 702 rooms and suites and contains a 95,000 sq ft casino, a recording studio and a 2,200 seat showroom. Despite the fact that it is located off the Strip, the resort has become a popular destination for the 21-30 aged demographic and many Hollywood celebrities.
 
The official theater at The Palms is The Pearl Concert Theater , where many popular bands and artists have performed over the years. Everyone from Nine Inch Nails to Avril Lavigne, to KISS and Depeche Mode have graced the stage here, and as a 3-level concert venue, the sound is tough to beat. The Palms hosts the annual CineVegas film festival, and in addition, The Fantasy Tower is also home to several of Las Vegas’s nightlife venues including Moon Nightclub, Rain and the only Playboy Club. If you’re looking for a hotel that is located off the Strip, but is also a great nightlife destination, The Palms is a great choice.
