Adjacent to the MGM Grand is the Signature, a separate boutique property, accessible from the MGM Grand via an indoor walkway. This section of the hotel is a 38 stories, and they have 576 units each and were priced from $450,000 to more than $1.7 million. So whatever you fancy size & pricewise, you really can’t go wrong with MGM.
